John Ferris brings 30+ years of CPG experience in a variety of positions up to and including President and CEO. His experience spans multinational organizations (Gillette, Oral-B, Braun, Duracell), and private enterprise (Swiss Natural).
The first part of John's career was focused on business development where he held a variety of sales, marketing, and training positions. The later part of his career focused on senior strategic positions with broader general management portfolios that included: manufacturing, operations, finance, human resources, sales and marketing.
He also provides executive coaching and mentor coaching to executives. John is a graduate of Ryerson University in Business Administration (1980), and Adler (2014).
John’s operating style is open, direct, and trusting, but above all he holds those around him accountable for achieving what they commit to. He is most comfortable rolling up his sleeves to better integrate himself with the:
